 Returns & Refund Policy

This policy is designed to ensure a fair, fast, and transparent process for all our valued RivetStyle customers.

I. Eligibility for Returns (The 4-Day Window)

We understand that receiving your new style should be exciting! To ensure the quality and integrity of all products, we maintain a strict, but fair, return window.

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 4 calendar days of receiving your product(s). The 4-day period begins on the day the final carrier delivery scan is registered for your order.
  • Eligible Condition: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original, resalable condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, or intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.

II. Mandatory Proof: The Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, refund, or exchange, a valid, continuous video unboxing of the package is strictly required. This policy protects both you and RivetStyle against potential shipping damage or missing item claims.

  • Video Requirements: The video must be un-edited, continuous, and clearly show:
    1. The outer shipping box or satchel being opened for the first time.
    2. The shipping label with your Order Number clearly visible on the package.
    3. The complete removal of the product(s) from the package, showing their condition.

Note: Any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item will be denied without this valid unboxing video proof.

III. The Return Process (A Simple 3-Step Guide)

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return within the 4-day window:

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 4 Days)

Email our Customer Care team at returns@rivetstyle.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number (e.g., #RS12345).
  • A clear reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).
  • Attach the mandatory Unboxing Video file or a link to it (Google Drive, YouTube, etc.).

Step 2: Receive & Ship

Once your request and video are reviewed and approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping instructions/label (if applicable).

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

Upon receiving the item, our Quality Control team will inspect it against the video proof and the stated return conditions.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

IV. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please initiate a standard return and place a new order for the desired item.
